# Olive & Vegetable Washing Line, 3 t/h

A 3 t/h tank-type washing machine with spray rinsing and an inspection belt gives a clean, consistent feed to downstream freeze dryers or fryers.

## Project goal

Remove soil, residues and surface oil from olives and vegetables at 3 t/h without bruising.

## Process flow

1. Dumping & feeding
2. Bubble washing
3. Spray rinse
4. Inspection belt
5. Transfer to cutting, frying or freeze drying

## Design decisions

- Gentle air-bubble agitation for soft products.
- Optional heat exchanger for warm-water washing.
- Quick-drain tank for end-of-shift cleaning.

## Utilities

380 V, 220 V or 110 V power, potable water supply, floor drainage.
